For this weekend in August Sinister Coffee and Creamery will be at the Portland State Farmers Market with more goodies for you to enjoy! Stay tuned for updates as they come available! For our hot coffee we will be brewing up Specter, an organic Peruvian city roast which is a go-to for us at Sinister Coffee and Creamery. For those of you who have visited us in the past, this roast will be a familiar one for you, and for those trying us for the first time-this medium dark roast hits all the flavor points that are enjoyable in a cup of hot brewed coffee!

We make a strawberry hibiscus cascara blend that we are serving up iced and on nitro. We will be adding to our hot coffee and cascara “tea” selection with some cold brew and ice cream many of you have come to know and love!
Ice Cream selection will include our signature sweet cream, Ube, Haupi and market fresh berry new this week! Cold brew will be offered on ice and feel free to spruce it up as a sweet cream, salted caramel or hazelnut mocha. 35 oz grab and go Cold Brew will be back this week along with 12oz sweet cream cold brews for those who want to enjoy this smooth coffee experience later.
