This first weekend in April marks the first Saturday that Sinister Coffee and Creamery will be back at the Portland State Farmers Market! Excited to see all the new and familiar faces alike! We are starting off market season with hot coffee and cascara “tea” options for market goers. We will be brewing up Specter, an organic Peruvian city roast which is a go-to for us at Sinister Coffee and Creamery. For those of you who have visited us in the past, this roast will be a familiar one for you, and for those trying us for the first time-this medium dark roast hits all the flavor points that are enjoyable in a cup of hot brewed coffee!
