For the second weekend in April Sinister Coffee and Creamery will be at the Portland State Farmers Market with more goodies for you to enjoy! For our hot coffee we will be brewing up Specter, an organic Peruvian city roast which is a go-to for us at Sinister Coffee and Creamery. For those of you who have visited us in the past, this roast will be a familiar one for you, and for those trying us for the first time-this medium dark roast hits all the flavor points that are enjoyable in a cup of hot brewed coffee! For those of you who are new to the tasty, less caffeinated world of Cascara, feel free to get some more information here. We make a strawberry hibiscus cascara blend that we are serving up warm through the spring. We will be adding to our hot coffee and cascara “tea” selection with some cold brew and ice cream many of you have come to know and love! Two of our more popular ice creams, Ube and cookie dough, will be debuting for the first time this year as well as our signature sweet cream cold brew!
